The company

Loulis International Foods Enterprises Bulgaria Limited (LIFE BULGARIA Ltd) is an independent entity established in Cyprus and a member of Loulis Mills group of companies. We expertise in investing in flour mills through Europe.

LIFE BULGARIA Ltd used to own one of the largest flour mills in South East Europe.In 2000 we acquired “Sofia Mel EAD” the biggest mill in Bulgaria, with production capacity 750 ton per day and wheat storage capacity of 40.000 ton. In 2008 we disposed our investment in Bulgaria in order to focus our operations in Greece.

After 10 years, in 2018 we acquired a mill in Bulgaria through its 100% subsidiary Loulis Mel Bulgaria EOOD. The mill is located in the fertile area of Dobrich, where the best Bulgarian grain is produced, just 13 km from Romanian border. It was build in 2015, with a production capacity of 100 tons / 24 hours and wheat storage capacity of 4.500 tons. It is located on a plot of 21.000 sqm.

Our company serves the vision of Loulis Mills S.A., a Greek listed company with almost 250 years of history. Our vision is to create value for human nutrition with respect to our employees, to the environment and to our history.
